VIDEO: LC SLICER V5 – Application of the Safety Knob Support Part
DO THIS STEP AFTER BALANCING THE SLICER BLADE (LC SLICER ASSEMBLY MANUAL)
1. Screw the safety knob all the way in.
2. Raise the blade 3 – 4 mm above the Slicing Platform. You can fix the position by placing i.g. a napkin under the blade (use a soft material to avoid dulling the blade).
3. Remove the release paper from the Safety Knob Support part.
4. Stick the Safety Knob Support part to the Slicer frame. Your LC Slicer is ready for work. Once you finish working with the LC Slicer, do not forget to secure Blade with the Safety Knob.
