With rectangle disc extension from LC Disk 2, you can make nice straight blocks. After baking, these blocks are great for technical projects. I decided to make a small pallet and use it as a flower stand.

Materials and tools:
- Polymer clay (colors of your choice)
- Machine
- Czextuder + LC Disk 2 (rectangle)
- Scalpel, blade
- Laminated working grid
- Superglue
Step 1
Condition polymer clay (colors of your choice) and put it into the Czextruder. Use the rectangle from LC Disk 2 and extrude the clay.
Step 2
I decided to make a pallet. Use the Laminated working grid from Lucy Clay and cut the extrusion into pieces of the same length. You will need 13 blocks but you can make more and then choose the best ones.
Step 3
Move blocks to the tile. Use a blade to straighten them.
Step 4
Now make 9 (or more) smaller blocks. Move them on the tile and bake all parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After baking, place a second tile on the blocks to avoid bending. Let it cool down completely before removing the parts from the tile.
Step 5
Take three blocks and place them on the tile in the right position (see picture). Glue in two blocks to fix them in place. Let the glue dry (preferably under weight).
Step 6
Glue another five blocks between the two blocks. This will be the top side. Let it dry again.
Step 7
Turn the pallet and glue in nine smaller blocks (see picture). Let it dry.
Step 8
Glue the last three blocks (see picture).
Step 9
Let it dry completely and the pallet is ready.
