Using Mica powders on polymer clay you can create amazing effects. Let’s make some earrings with glittering textures. It is easy with LC Stencils by Lucy Clay.

Materials and tools:
- Polymer clay (white)
- LC Machine, Roller
- LC Stencils set 3
- Pigment powders (Mica powders) for polymer clay (pearl and green)
- Small brush
- Cookie-cutter
- Scalpel, blade
- Sandpaper
- Mini-drill
- 4 jump rings and earring hooks
Step 1
Condition polymer clay. Prepare sheet (about 2 mm thick) of polymer clay in white color. Place an LC Stencil on the sheet and gently roll over with an acrylic roller.
Step 2
Apply green and pearl mica powders and carefully remove the LC Stencil.
Step 3
Cut the desired shape using a cookie cutter or LC Shape Plates. Bake in the oven according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 4
If necessary, sand the edges and backside. You can also use UV resin to make earring shinier.
Step 5
Drill a hole for hanging.
Step 6
Assemble the earrings using jump rings and earring hooks.
